This Policy explains how Letter Eleven Labs, INC, doing business as LEL Regen Med (“LEL,” “we,” or “us”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit lelregenmed.com, submit a form, make a purchase, chat with us, or speak with our team or AI voice agent. We do not sell personal information for money.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide: name, email, phone, clinic or business, professional title, license information, state of practice, shipping and billing details, consent choices, and messages. Our payment processor handles card details; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, and interactions collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.
Calls: phone number, recording, transcript, and details shared during calls with our team or AI voice agent. Advertising, analytics, lead-source, license-verification, and payment-plan partners may also provide information under their terms.
Do not send patient names, diagnoses, treatment details, protected health information, or other sensitive patient information.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond, schedule demos, provide support, verify providers, operate accounts, process orders and payment plans, ship products, handle returns, send communications you authorize, run and measure advertising, secure and improve our services and LEL scripts, train staff, detect fraud, comply with law, and enforce our Terms. We do not authorize vendors to use call data to train general-purpose AI models for third parties.
3. Targeted advertising
With consent where required, we may use contact information and cookie or pixel data to measure and show ads on services such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn; create matched, custom, lookalike, or exclusion audiences using hashed contact details; and retarget visitors. These providers act under their own policies. Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer, recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where required, platform ad settings, or contact us to opt out. Opting out does not stop non-personalized ads.
4. No sale for money
We do not sell personal information for money or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or call recordings for another company’s own marketing. Certain advertising and analytics uses may legally count as “selling” or “sharing” in some states; where they do, you may opt out.
5. When we share information
We share information as needed with vendors supporting hosting, CRM, communications, AI voice and transcription, payments, shipping, provider verification, customer support, analytics, and advertising; manufacturers and payment-plan partners where needed; professional advisers and authorities; and a successor in a merger, financing, or asset sale. Vendors may process information in other U.S. states or countries subject to appropriate safeguards and their agreements with us.
6. AI voice agent and call recording
Calls may be answered or placed by an AI voice agent and recorded or transcribed for quality, staff training, security, recordkeeping, and follow-up. We disclose automation and recording at the start. If you do not consent, say so, request a team member, use email, or end the call. The agent does not provide medical advice, and patient information should not be shared.
7. Cookies
Essential cookies operate the site and remember choices. Optional advertising technologies measure campaigns and personalize ads. Where consent is required, optional advertising tools do not load until you allow them. You can reopen Cookie preferences from the footer. Browser blocking may affect features.
8. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including support, order fulfillment, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, security, and consent-record requirements. Retention varies by record and applicable law; information is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
9. Your choices and rights
Use an email unsubscribe link, reply STOP to texts, or ask us to stop calling. Depending on your state, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, or details about collection and sharing; opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing; limit certain sensitive-information uses; appeal a denial; and exercise rights without discrimination. 10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor review. No system is completely secure. We provide legally required breach notices.
11. Children
The site is intended for adults and healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
12. Browser signals
We honor Global Privacy Control where required. The site does not currently change behavior for other “Do Not Track” signals.
13. U.S. processing
LEL is based in the United States. Information is primarily processed in the United States and may be processed by service providers in other jurisdictions. By using the site from elsewhere, you understand that applicable privacy protections may differ.
