Shipping area and timing
Online checkout currently accepts shipping addresses in the United States. Availability, shipping cost, tax, carrier options, and estimated delivery are confirmed during checkout or order acceptance. Please contact us before ordering if a delivery deadline is important.
Professional and special-handling products
Professional, sterile, temperature-sensitive, device, and special-order products may have additional fulfillment requirements. Some professional products are inquiry-only and are governed by the written order documents provided before purchase.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders
Inspect your delivery promptly. Keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials, photograph the issue, and contact us at sales@lelregenmed.com or +1 888-602-1979. We will review the carrier and product information and explain the available replacement, claim, or other remedy.
Cancellations and returns
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or return. An order cannot be canceled after it has entered fulfillment unless we agree otherwise. Do not send a product back without return authorization. Eligibility, timing, return shipping, and any restocking charge will be confirmed in writing before an authorized return.
Non-returnable products
Opened, used, sterile, temperature-sensitive, personalized, special-order, clearance, or otherwise non-resalable products may be non-returnable except where required by law. Refunds for authorized returns are issued after inspection using the original payment method where possible.
