These Terms govern your use of lelregenmed.com and related pages, forms, chat, phone, text, and email channels operated by Letter Eleven Labs, INC, doing business as LEL Regen Med (“LEL,” “we,” or “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Who the site is for
LEL offers home-care products for public purchase and distributes MPGun, Adisomes, FusionMeso, and other professional aesthetic products to licensed healthcare providers and clinics in the United States. Certain professional products may be publicly displayed for information or inquiry without public pricing or checkout. Approved providers may receive provider pricing and online ordering access where available. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. By requesting provider access or professional products, you confirm that you hold and will maintain every license required in the state where you practice.
2. Not medical advice
The site provides general information only. Nothing on it is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using the site or contacting us does not create a provider-patient relationship. Consumers should speak with a licensed clinician. For a medical emergency, call 911.
3. Product information and regulatory status

5. Orders, payment plans, shipping, and returns

LEL may offer 12-month cash payment plans subject to approval; approval, required deposit, schedule, and other terms are not guaranteed. The signed payment-plan agreement controls if it differs from the site. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Temperature-sensitive, sterile, or opened products may not be returnable except where law requires.
6. Intellectual property
Site text, images, logos, product materials, design, and software belong to LEL or its licensors and are protected by law. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their owners. 14. Governing law and disputes
Utah law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Davis County, Utah, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
15. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept it. We may suspend or end access for breach or other lawful reasons.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If one part is unenforceable, the remainder continues. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and written purchase documents are the entire agreement on their subject matter. A signed purchase, distribution, or payment-plan agreement controls where it conflicts.
